Question about deeptools

I want to check with devon ryan, if If I have to upload fastq files @ deeptools.ie-freiburg.mpg.de for analysis, I upload these files via ftp or filezilla. Are there any special instructions to use ftp? What is the storage limit per user?

Since deeptools.ie-freiburg.mpg.de now redirects to European mirror of Galaxy, you may be able to use FTP instruction for galaxy for that mirror. Storage limits are likely going to be identical that apply to EU Galaxy mirror.
