How to build a truth set
Hi,
Someone call tell me how to build a SNP truth set for haplotype?
I have 320 individual shallow sequenced already mapped to available genome of a non model tree.
I already performed a test run of one individual using GATK and DeepVariant. Now I want to extend the analysis to the other individuals and compare against a truth set. Problem is I don't have a truth set.
