I am using abodybuilder for large-scale antibody modeling of the ncov-2019,about a few hundred antibody sequences, but I have some problems:

1. Is there any way to modeling antibody with large-scale ?
2. I don’t know if I need to use gromacs for molecular dynamics simulation after modeling with abodybuilder?
3. I have a problem when using FREAD alone, I don’t know where to download the loop database?
4. I am a beginner, I don’t know if I need to align these sequence with existing antibody sequence first when screening antibodies, and then use sequences with a higher identity for antibody modeling?

I would appreciate it very much if you would help me with it.
