problem with fastq dump
Hi every one I'm trying to download a SRA file with this command: fastq-dump -F --split-3 ERR3301300 but it does not work properly and shows: 2020-08-04T05:07:21 fastq-dump.2.9.4 sys: timeout exhausted while reading file within network system module - mbedtls_ssl_read returned -76 ( NET - Reading information from the socket failed )
whats the problem???

You have problems connecting to NCBI, better if you use ENA FTP server
