Hi, I have the next situation, I have a gene signaling pathway (drawn manually in svg format) and I have individuals with different gene expressions, so, I would like to know if anyone knows a tool that would allow me to automatically color an svg file. I would think it would be the same principle of keeg pathway, thanks for reading this
