How does Gene Set Variation Analysis (GSVA) Rank the Genes?
Hi there,
I am learning the GSVA algorithm, but I could not understand the first step: how they rank the genes in GSVA.
Can anyone help me understand the algorithm of GSVA a bit?
Thanks in advance.
