Linear mixed model and GWAS analysis

Dear all,

I would like to test the possible association of a set of SNPs located on a given gene with a quantitative trait that measured at the several time point (every two years) during a longitudinal cohort study. As far as I know, the linear mixed model can be used for this analysis, I'm looking for a tool/software for testing all SNPs simultaneously, not one-by-one by SPSS for example. Could you please kindly introduce any suitable tools/software to do such an analysis?

Thanks

Any suggestions! please

I developed RegParallel specifically for situations like this when, back in 2016, I had to run millions of tests on GWAS data. The test in which we were interested was not supported by any other program currently in use. I am not sure if it is applicable in your situation, though: https://github.com/kevinblighe/RegParallel
