finding AUC and AUCPR in gene regulatory network through ARACNE and CLR methods
Hi,
I reconstruct gene regulatory network through ARACNE and CLR methods for 2 datasets(main and gold standard datasets). Now, I would like to Calculate AUC(Area Under the Curve) and AUCPR(area under the precision-recall curve) for that two methods.
Since I use R platform and Cytoscape for my analysis, I appreciate if anyone guide me how can I get AUC and AUCPR in my cases?
