VarAFT Analyze and Filtering Tool problem
Hello everybody,
I am trying to use VarAFT for my WES analysis, but there is a problem with Analyze and Filtering Tool - progress bar blocks at 5%. I tried to remove and rename the varaft.conf file as it is recomended in the VarAFT documentation and still nothing.
Could somebody with experience in this field give me an advice on what I should do next and how to fix this problem

P.S. Could you please recommend some tool for variant annotation, filter and analysis of WES data.
