Functional enrichment analysis
I have group of genes and need to find their associated pathways, there are many databases and tools used for this domain like IMPaLA and DAVID, on which criteria I can choose the databases/tools that will give me a qualified results? As IMPALA always gave me more results and I don't know how to judge on these results
