Bulk small RNA self-complementarity tool
Is there a tool to get self complementarity and dimerization values for small RNAs in bulk?
I have 250 sequences of 22bps in length and I want to remove those that have high self-complementarity and dimerization scores. OligoAnalyzer can only do them one at a time, and it doesn't look like mFold has a dimerization value.
