ribosomal RNA sorting by "SortmeRNA"
When I am trying to sorting rRNA (Planarian transcriptome) using SortmeRNA on cluster after a few hours it's showing "Broken pipeline". As well as when I try to index my rRNA sequences by following command it's showing no file or directory. - indexdb_rna --ref ./path_to_file/planarian_rRNA_full_sequences.fa,./path_to_index/planarian_rRNA_full_sequences -v
I also tried with rRNA databases included with SortmeRNA but every time it's showing the same problem, "Broken pipeline"
