treetime output error
hello,
I have been using Treetime tool and it runs fine. However, the output provided is a nexus format tree file. The error is
"Couldn't initialize the tree. Make sure the file is plain text ASCII file, and that the tree is in Newick, Nexus or phyloXML format"
I tried to visualize in iTol, phylo.io and other servers as well.
Help please
