Tree format for BayesTraits
Is there a format-converter available that will take a standard Newick tree and convert it into a NEXUS file that can be used as input for the program BayesTraits. There are plenty of Newick to NEXUS converters out there, but I can't find one that will create the taxon translation table needed for BayesTraits input.
