ROC analysis for hub genes
Dear All, I am trying to generate ROC curve from hub genes identified using LIMMA on top of Microarray data. I have gone through lot of readings and sample ROC scripts (pROC package). I am not successful enough to get the curve correct. I am looking forward to any help to generate ROC curve for my hub genes determined.
