Metagenomics public blast server?
I'm looking to Blast some proteins against metagenomic WGS samples, but can't find a good server. The Global Ocean Survey data used to be at CalIT2 but the server isn't responding, and NCBI wgs database seems pretty small relative to all of the metagenomic sequences of the past few years. Does anyone know of a public blast server for GOS or other metagenomic WGS data? Thanks.
