Tools And Interfaces To Access Biomart
Hi Biostar Community
I wanted to compile a list of tools and/or interfaces that allow to access and retrieve data from Biomart (central) and was a little surprised as there do not seem to be many. I am sure I am missing a lot of tools.
The idea is to make a community wiki as an answer with a list of all resources that can access the biomart databases.
