Batch Retrieval Of Transcript And Aminoacid Lengths For A List Of Hgnc Ids
Dear Biostar Community
I couldn't find an answer to the following simple question anywhere: I have a list of 300some HGNC IDs, and I would like to retrieve their transcript and protein lengths. I cannot find any argument in the biomaRt BioConductor functions to do that or in the Ensembl biomart on the website either
Help me please!!! Thanks in advance
