Filter a VCF file using Galaxy
Hello,
I want to filter a VCF file according to the QUAL field. Is there any way to do that in Galaxy (I need to do it in galaxy for a project).
Alternatively, I used FreeBayes for variant calling. Is there a way to specify to FreeBayes (again in galaxy) that I only want variants with a QUAL higher than a certain threshold?
