Association analysis for TOPMed imputation data
I tried to do logistic regression analysis for TOPMed imputed GWAS data using EPACTS. But EPACTS did not work, even I remove the command --anno and change "chr#" to "#". Anyone have some suggestions to run logistic regression for TOPMed imputed data? Thank you.
