Hello, I am very beginner to use LINUX. I am trying to analysis using dbGAP dataset.

I am trying to open genotype-imputed-data.chr14.c2.DS-ADO.tar.gz file for analysis. But I could not open this file.

I tried to use tar command for open, but Linux said 'Error' or 'cannot open the file'

somebody help to figure out this problem?

I tried to GWAS , by using epacts command.
