how to caculate insulation score in .hic file?

hi everyone！ I am facing a problem about how to calculate insulaiton score or direction index with .hic file? thanks for your time reading my problem.

I think, convert .hic to homer format by hiexplorer ,then use homer findTADloops functions to get IS and DI bedgrapg file.
