How many CPU or MEM does need to run HiC-Pro ?
Hi, everyone, i am running HiC-Pro to process HiC data to study the interaction frequency of some intar-chr. But the time is too long to finish. i set the CPU of config-hicpro.txt 20 and about 60G mem, i do not know is it suitable.
Any ideas will be helpful. Thank you.

Depending on the scheduler you are using you may be able to check on the progress of the job. If there are files being generated/they have a recent system date then let things run. Not much more you can do.
