after hicup2fitihic how to use Fit-Hic?
Hello ! I want to use hicup2fithic to get the outcome, then use the fithic analysis,I got two file after use hicup2fithic, but I don't konw how to do the next ,could you please help me ?
besides , I also run juicer and get inter_30.hic ,can this .hic file as input to run the fithic?
