Drawing KEGG-type metabolic pathways

hi Does anyone know of any specialized software for building or drawing KEGG-type metabolic pathways?

I understand that there are programs like inkscape and others, but I mean specialized programs that make aesthetically beautiful diagrams

You should be able to download the graphics in SVG format. If not, save them as a pixelated format in the highest possible resolution and then convert to SVG using a graphics editor like GIMP or Adobe Illustrator.

WikiPathways are available in SVG. These are updated each month based on community curation: http://data.wikipathways.org/current/svg/.

If you make new pathways (or improved versions of existing pathways) in PathVisio, you can then save them back to WikiPathways and share the actual pathway models, not just the images. These are infinitely more useful for bioinformatics analysis, like enrichment analysis, topological analysis and any bulk gene or metaoblite-based analyses.
