technique to assemble mitochondria from whole genome

I have a bacterial whole genome data and for now I want to assemble mitochondria only. Is there any tool or technique to get the desired results ? any help would be appreciable.

If you made a mistake and mean you are looking for fully assembled mitochondria in eukaryotic WGS data, then this is indeed a tricky problem.

This tool, or a similar approach, might be helpful. I haven't tried it myself though.
