basic of bioinformatics
suppose the amino acid sequence is given as below
MSTHDTSLKTTEEVAFQIILLCQFGVGTFANVFLFVYNFSPISTGSKQRPRQVILRHMAVANALTLFLTIFPNNMMTFAPIIPQTDLKCKLEFFTRLVARSTNLCSTCVLSIHQFVTLVPVNSGKGILRASVTNMASYSCYSCWFFSVLNNIYIPIKVTGPQLTDNNNNSKSKLFCSTSDFSVGIVFLRFAHDATFMSIMVWTSVSMVLLLHRHCQRMQYIFTLNQDPRGQAETTATHTILMLVVTFVGFYLLSLICIIFYTYFIYSHHSLRHCNDILVSGFPTISPLLLTFRDPKGPCSVFFNC
Is no of residues equal to no of an amino acid? Whether all amino acid contributes to the secondary structure of the protein? how can I construct a secondary structure of the above sequence? how I can get secondary structure-related information of an amino acid? How to construct a template for the given sequence? where to get template structure-related information? how can I compare it with the given sequence?

The way you are asking these question makes me think that you know little or nothing about these subjects. It that's the case, I would guess that you didn't just wake up with these questions in mind, and that you have an assignment. Assuming again that I am correct, I don't think we should be helping with your assignments as that undermines the learning process established by your instructor(s).
Separately, each question after the first two - it is
yesto both of them - would take a lot of time to answer properly given your (lack of) background. Yet it is very easy to research all of them using available internet resources.Hello geethus2009!
It appears that your post has been cross-posted to another site: https://bioinformatics.stackexchange.com/questions/13131/structure-prediction
