NCBI error report
Hey,
When using fastq-dump to download a specific SRA file, I get an NCBI error report file. The file stops downloading all of the sudden. When I attempt to download it again, it stops again but not necessarily after downloading the same kbs as before. What does it mean? Thank you :)
