Hi,
Is there publicly available strand-specific RNA-Seq data for the MAQC samples?
It seems that there are people who have done this (http://www.nugeninc.com/nugen/index.cfm/products/cs/ngs/encore-complete-rna-seq-library-systems/), but I don't know if there are publicly available data that I can download.
Thanks!
NCBI has such a library. Check this: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/SRX040571
It doesn't seem to be the MAQC samples.
In case anybody lands here, MAQC data is described in all these publications.
Specifically, this is the MAQC-III the study describing the RNA-seq data, and the rawdata is in GEO's GSE47792.
