(Cytoscape) What is "Center X Location", "Scale Factor" , "Size" of Network properties?
What are the functions of "Center X Location", "Scale Factor" and "Size" of network properties? Looking at the manual on the homepage, I didn't understand the meaning, and even changing the values of the properties seemed to have no change.

Those properties refer to the viewport onto the network. If you change the bypass values (not the default values), you will see the network move and/or resize. The center x,y values refer the coordinates of the center of the window and the zoom is the zoom value.
