MOE oeb problem
Hello everyone I'm trying to do pharmacophore search with MOE. I have generated conformations with openeye but when I read the .oeb file and conducting pharmacophore search it returns 0 result but when I convert the oeb file to .mdb file and then conducting pharmacophore search on the .mdb file it returns some results. can someone please help me figure out why this is happening and how to fix it thank you
