Can someone help me produce a circular genome figure from a genbank or fasta file?
I've tried using DNAPlotter and CGView to create figures from sequencing files that I have. I tried using Circos, but my experience with coding is not extensive. When I input a gbk or fasta file into the java apps, only the first contig is produced as a figure. Can someone help me fix it so the entire genome is represented?
