genome alignment for more than 6000 sequences
Hello,
I am working with more than 6000 genome sequence of average size 29Kb. I want to perform multiple sequence alignment taking all genome sequences.
Kindly suggest fast and efficient tools to perform genome multiple sequence alignment.
