DNA Sequence listing for patent

I am trying to convert the DNA sequence to standard ST.25 format (offline). I am Using BiSSAP for this purpose, but i am not able to download the formatted sequences in a batch. individually we can download sequence ( one at a time), but it is not working our because we are trying to convert raw data sequences.

Kindly suggest some offline tools or how to download sequences in batch from BiSSAP tool.
