query coverage parameter in blastn
Hello,
In online version of blastn as a default result is available "Percent Query Coverage".
How I may obtain the same column in stand-alone blastn from blast+?
I found that with outfmt parameter I may specify some additional outputs, but I do not know which from those three arguments, listed in manual, corresponds to "Percent Query Coverage" from online version.
