TermGo enrichment for virus sequences.

Hel lo, I have a set of Genkank accession number of virus sequences .

This subset of data was recovered from all viral refseq sequences present in NCBI.

And I would now like to test the term go enrichment of my data subset from the refseq gene universe.

So I was thinking of using a packagR like the one in TopGo but, I can't find the library for viruses? Anyone have an idea for a package that contains them so I can do my analysis?

Thank you very much and have a nice day

Have you found enough GO terms for your viruses genomes to run such an enrichment ? This would be something that worries me

In fact I use the virus refseq data in NCBI, (this is a database of virus genes harvested from the genomes of several viruses).

I am concerned about the low number of genes included in a virus' genome. I don't see clearly whether a GO enrichment can be done with only a tens of genes. Maybe I am wrong
