Hello everyone, I write this post because by searching on the internet I find many programs that allow via a site of IDs of proteins to perform an analysis of enrichment of functions of these genes, only these programs are obviously specialized in humans or laboratory species such as drosopihiles or mice.

I was wondering if you knew of a program that could do the same thing but on viral proteins in order to study a particular enrichment in a list of viral proteins?
