I am not aware of such a genome. Why do you think that would be useful?
Has been mooted that there may be 'protective' variants.
Then you would want genome(s) of a person(s) who has recovered from or never got COVID in first place.
Semantic argument, but let's not pretend that isn't of interest to bioinformaticians!
Protective means reducing an effect including mitigating entirely.
You'd want genomes, definitely plural, from a large cohort of patients, definitely that had tested positive for Covid-19, that had a well quantified phenotype of severity of disease.
I think it's a bit of reach, although colleagues are going to do this and I will be analysing it...

Agree. A comparison of recovered patient and not- recovered (death) patient, could be an interesting point to study.
User "genomax" has one of the clear thought of application.
I am not sure if people are sequencing the genome of the affected/recovered patient or not. But hopefully, genome comparision will give us some interesting insight. Waiting for the public data !!
Don't count on it. It's not sufficiently relevant to justify spending thousands on sequencing these genomes while I can already tell you old age and comorbidities will get you killed.
