Cell line RNA differentially expression gene
i want to find the differential expressed gene of "RD" Cell line.
ex) MYOD1 is highly expressed in RD. this is known at some paper.
However, searching paper for find which gene is highly,lowly expressed is too exhausting.
Thus , i want to find some database for reference RD cell line expression. is it exit??

Hi, you must mean RD, as in, ACH-000169, a rhabdomyosarcoma cell-line?
It was profiled by the CCLE (Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia). You will have to register an account in order to utilise their data: https://portals.broadinstitute.org/ccle
