Annovar annotation with specific ENST region ( retain_intron exon)
i find retain_intron exon region transcript ( ENST0000463601 )
And , i want to annotation that region with Annovar or snpeff for searching protein changing on that region. so i use Ensembl reference. However, Annovar annotation give me that region is intron region.
To find out protein changing on ENST0000463601, how can i do?
