Problems with running GeneMANIA using a specific gene list
Dear Biostars,
I will appreciate your help in regard to the problems I encountered when running GeneMANIA.
I entered a set of mouse genes (1210 genes). All of them were marked with a V by Genemania. But still, it gives a message saying "please specify a set of valid gene names and try again". When I randomly removed some of the genes it worked.
I tried also via Cytoscape. I get an error message "GeneMANIA- Find Related Genes".
Why is this happening? Any idea? Thanks, Roni
