Ucsc Tables Dnase Tracks

I was looking for DNase cutting sites in UCSC.

UCSC -> Table Browser -> group: Regulation -> Tracks (plenty of suggestions). Where can I get info about each of those tracks? "Dnase clusters" "CD34 DNaseI" "UW DNase" etc..?

There is no info in Table Browser User's Guide or Frequently Asked Questions: Genome Browser Tracks.

Thanks in advance!

ucsc

Did you then click the "describe table schema" button? This brings up a page with information about the track.

Have you checked the track details on the hyperlinked pages from pages like this: http://bit.ly/J4E2mR

Here's the kind of page you can get: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?g=wgEncodeUwDnase

Some of the ENCODE tracks have more full details than others. Some have publications associated and some don't yet. Also check the publications pages to see: http://genome.ucsc.edu/ENCODE/pubs.html
