genotype and phenotype dataset
Hi， I have been looking for data about genotype and phenotype. If a gene is perturbed(knockout etc.), there may be phenotypes. Please give me some advices about these datasets. Thanks in advance!

NGSorRNA-seqor something similar to the search term. Maybe papers about genome-wide CRISPR screens or CRISPR in general.
