For a research I am looking for single copy genes dataset of some species (Eukaryotes). I found this dataset for arabidopsis thaliana, but it is for 2003. I am looking for more recent data and in various species. please give me some suggestions or introduce me some datasets.

Note: Currently I am reading related articles but unable to find my desired data (may be I can't search efficiently). Is there any database for these kind of data?
