genome-scale screened transcripts dataset

hello, everyone I am a new one here. I have been trying to find transcripts data. I want genome-scale screened data in which each gene is knocked out by CRISRP-Cas9 or silenced by shRNA, and then do RNA-seq, the outcome--transcriptome data is what I need. But I find nothing about what I want, hope you can give me some suggestions. Thank you in advance.

Search PubMed for Perturb-Seq https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perturb-seq, then check for the datasets they published.

Thanks for your suggestion! I have searched Perturb-seq in Pubmed, but it seems single-cell RNA sequencing. I am not sure these datasets can be used. To be more precise, I want the gene expression level data. For example, we knock out a target gene, and then we do RNA-seq, we can knock out others genes(one at one time), so we can get genome-scale expression level data. That's what I've been looking for. Hope there will be some advice.
