Forum: Correct Draft Paper On Sirna And Mirna

I wrote a paper on siRNA and miRNA in plants and I'm having trouble finding someone to review it and help me correct it. One expert professor did read it but said there were mistakes. That it was in a rough draft form and not worth their time. Another professor not an expert in the field said that it was worth publishing. I'm willing to offer co authorship but I don't know who to talk to. What do I do?

Seems like this would be an appropriate post for the forum, as it's not really a bioinfomatics question. Please repost it under the "Forum" tab at the top.

when one edits the post they can change the post type

Perhaps the best would be to submit the paper to an open archive first, say arXiv/q-bio that way people could actually read it and based on that they would be able to assess their own ability to contribute to it.

Papers submitted to arXiv may be published elsewere.
