how to use NCBI blast command line -remote

I want to learn how to use NCBI blast command line -remote syntax.

I found a website, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/guide/howto/submit-mult-seq-blast/, but its information is too little. Please tell me the comprehensive document URL or give me some command examples.
