Extracting Specific Sequence From list of Accession number and Chromosomal location
Hi, I have an excel file that includes a list of accession numbers on Genbank and Chromosomal interval of about 20 nucleotide differences (e.g 124567 to 124587). I'm also new to programming and bioinformatic so I was wondering how do I approach the script to extract the sequence associated with the specified interval and the accession number from NCBI database? All suggestion would be appreciated, thank you!
PS: the accession series correlates to the gene and is only from homo sapien
