Parentage analysis for Agrigenomics data

Dear All,

I have data of Siri Dam and progeny. Currently i am using Cervus software and Apparent (bioconductor) Package for my analysis but i am unsuccefull in this. Can any one let me know any other software which can be helpfull ?
