Bioconductor is a package repository so your question is not accurate. Maybe you hesitate between Seurat and other packages dedicated to scRNA-seq analysis available in Bioconductor. If you have people around you that have experience in Seurat, it may be judicious to use Seurat so that you can ask them questions directly

Seurat is an R package, so if you're used to work with other Bioconductor packages, you should be fine! Also the tutorials and manuals from the Seurat package are really good!
